As President of Western Development Group, Tom provides strategic leadership across its operating platforms, including real estate development, asset management, and family office divisions.
Tom has more than 25 years of experience serving in senior executive roles within the investment management and real estate industries, including serving as an advisor to multiple family offices. As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Braddock Financial, an SEC-registered investment advisor, he was responsible for all finance, accounting, tax, and operational functions for a variety of private funds, separately managed accounts, and a public fund, with strategies spanning securitized multi-sector credit, private credit, and direct real estate investments. As a Principal at Three Bridges Advisors, he served as CFO to multiple family offices and operating companies with diverse real estate and investment holdings. His real estate experience includes working alongside seasoned teams on acquisitions, development, dispositions, and related capital and debt structuring.
Earlier in his career, Tom worked at Goldman Sachs (Cayman), where he was responsible for finance and accounting functions for a diverse portfolio of hedge funds. He began his career at Deloitte in the audit and assurance practice.
Tom is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
