Matt Dodge is Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Western Development Group, where he is responsible for sourcing new investment and development opportunities, due diligence, debt procurement, and asset management of the existing portfolio. He works closely with the construction, property management, and accounting teams to optimize asset performance and maximize value.
Matt has 15 years of experience in acquisitions, development, and asset management within the real estate industry. Matt previously held a senior acquisitions and asset management role at Comunale Properties focused on small-bay, infill industrial opportunities across the US. Prior to Comunale he led the acquisition team of Broe Real Estate Group focused on deep value-add, repositioning, and development opportunities. He also spent five years at Prologis working on the capital deployment and due diligence teams and was a broker at Marcus & Millichap.
Matt graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and is an active member of NAIOP.
